So I recently came across body wraps that were $100 and had mixed reviews, that's when I took to Pinterest to find my own DIY body wrap that takes inches off. I found one that had very few ingredients and household items:
1. Skin forming lotion
2. Ground ginger
3. Cling wrap
4. Ace bandage wrap
So basically you mix up the lotion and ginger rub a thick layer around any problem area like your stomach, legs, or arms and then wrap it with cling wrap and again with the ace bandage and leave it on for about 4-6 hours or do it before bed and sleep with it. I swear it took an inch off my waist!
